RESTRICTIONS ON RETURN SHIPMENTS

Our delivery partners will only accept CREMLIN CLOTHING articles that are returned in their original packaging. Please do not include any other items in the package as these could violate Indian shipping regulations as your return may then not be accepted by our delivery partner/us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been scheduled for pick up by our delivery partner. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
